You are welcome to read, quote and link to anything here. What you may not do
is scrape it wholesale, republish it as your own, misuse the enquiry form, or attempt to
interfere with the site or the systems behind it.
Quoting us in an answer, an article or an AI system is fine and encouraged
— please attribute it to Midnight Marketers and link back to the page it came from.
What is on the site, and what it is not.
Everything here is general information about what we do. It is not advice for your
specific situation, and nothing on this site forms a contract or an offer capable of
acceptance.
Descriptions of the three solutions set out what each one covers in general
terms. The scope, deliverables, term and price that apply to you are the ones in the
written quote we send you, and that document takes precedence over anything on this site.
We do not promise a ranking position, a lead volume, a revenue figure or a
timeframe for any of them anywhere on this site, and you should not read anything here as
such a promise. Where we describe what a solution changes, we mean the work we do, not a
guaranteed outcome.
We keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is
free of errors or continuously available, and we may change or remove any of it.
Enquiries.
When you send an enquiry you are asking us to get in touch, nothing more.
Neither side is committed to anything until there is a signed or written agreement.
Please send only information you are entitled to share. Do not send
confidential material, personal data about other people, or anything under a
confidentiality obligation, in a first enquiry — if the conversation needs that, we
will put a confidentiality agreement in place first.
How we handle what you send is set out in our
privacy policy.
Intellectual property.
The copy, design, code and graphics on this site belong to Midnight Marketers.
Names and marks belonging to other companies — Google, WhatsApp, Meta, WordPress and
any other named here — belong to their owners, and are used only to describe what we
work with. Naming a platform does not imply that it endorses us or that we are affiliated
with it.
Work we build for a client is a separate matter, and it belongs to the client.
The site, the domain, the hosting, the automations, the accounts and the data are in the
client's name from the start.
Links and third parties.
Where this site links out — to WhatsApp, or to any other service
— that service has its own terms and we are not responsible for it. The partner
programme described on the partner page is an outline; the terms
that apply to a partner are the ones we send in writing before the first introduction.
Liability.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your
use of this website or from reliance on general information published on it. Nothing here
limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or
personal injury caused by negligence.
Liability arising from work we are engaged to do is dealt with in the
agreement for that work, not here.
Law, and changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have
jurisdiction over any dispute about this website. If you are a consumer somewhere else,
this does not remove rights your own local law gives you.
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published here
when you use the site, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
