What we do with what you tell us.

What we collect.

What you type into an enquiry form

Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name if you give one, and whatever you write in the message field. Every field is one you filled in yourself. Nothing on this site asks for financial details, identity documents or anything a business enquiry does not need.

What your browser sends automatically

Standard server and analytics information: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, the pages you viewed, and the site you arrived from. This is how any website works, and we use it in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.

What we do not collect

We do not run accounts, logins or payments on this site, so there are no passwords or card details to hold. We do not buy contact data, and we do not add anyone to a mailing list because they filled in an enquiry form.

Why we hold it, and on what basis.

1. To answer your enquiry. A person on our team reads it and replies. Basis: your request, and our legitimate interest in responding to it.
2. To deliver work you have engaged us for. Basis: performance of a contract.
3. To understand how the site is used. Aggregate analytics, so we know which pages answer a question and which do not. Basis: legitimate interest, or your consent where the law where you live requires it.
4. To meet legal and accounting obligations. Basis: legal obligation.

We do not use your enquiry to profile you, to train a public AI model, or to make an automated decision that affects you.

Who else can see it.

Only the suppliers that make the site and our own operations work, and only for that purpose. Each is a processor acting on our instructions, not a party we sell data to.

• Our hosting provider — stores the site and its server logs.
• Our form and email providers — carry your enquiry from the page to our inbox and hold the message thereafter.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — aggregate usage measurement.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces this site uses, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
• WhatsApp, operated by Meta — if you choose to message us there, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms as well as this policy.

Some of these process data outside India, including in the United States and the European Union. Where that happens we rely on the supplier's own standard contractual protections. We will share your information with anyone else only if the law requires it.

Cookies.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Analytics cookies are set by Google when analytics is enabled, and your browser may store small preferences such as whether you dismissed something. You can block or clear all of these in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

How long we keep it.

Enquiries that do not become work are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back, then deleted. Records relating to actual engagements are kept for as long as the law requires us to hold business and accounting records. Aggregate analytics are retained on the standard schedule of the analytics platform.

If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, say so and we will do it.

Your rights.

Wherever you are, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Depending on where you live, those rights come from India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the UK and EU GDPR, or your own local law — and we apply them to everyone rather than only to the people who can insist.

If you are in the UK or the EU and you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In India, you can raise a grievance with us at the same address and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board.

Security, and being honest about it.

The site runs over HTTPS, enquiries are transmitted encrypted, and access to the inbox is limited to the people who need it. No website can promise that nothing will ever go wrong, and we are not going to be the ones who do. If a breach affects your information we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

Changes, and children.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
